  • totally agree with bovril, well said mate. getting into good shape is not about hours in the gym but high intenity training with 100 percent good form ( concentrating on the negative part of the weight lifting ) excellent nutrition and lots of rest and not really fast pulldowns.

  • Look how badly they are doing these work outs. The pull ups, the push ups.. done with jerky motions; these should be slow steady motions to put strain on the muscles. And I mean, just look at 2:03, the guy lifting... he isn't lifting that he's throwing it in the air.

  • I used to do the tire flips and squat-grab tire-light over the head-throw tire, and it kicks your ass. After a while you get used to it, and your size doesn't matter. The bigger guys were always crying and throwing up with in a set!

  • even though this is a great workout and everything for endurance and strength.... none of it is actually necessary to "look" like these guys. you don't see natural bodybuilders doing this crap before a contest. All it is is a combination of diet and training. theres no real need to force the blood into your legs and then go do pushups and all that crap unless your trying to do a 300 movie where they need you to be in shape for sword fighting scenes.

  • Like muscle milk? I think what it is is like a shake that has a lot of protein in it which helps, but doesn't make them look like that by itself. The only thing that does that is steroids, which has a bunch of shitty side-effects.

  • these excersises will get you in great shape they have them at the gym I wrestle and train grappling at, but in my opinion you should already be in good shape before doing tire flips and circuit training exercises, so if your not in decent shape stick to weights and good cardio like eliptical/jogging before doing these or you could easily tear muscles and ligaments

  • @collif12345 your muscles are going to tear no matter what... when your working out and ur biceps get sore thats the muscle tearing and then when your resting it starts repairing it self but when it repairs it, it expands!

  • @keenynman34 Oh good for you dude you know some biology, there actually micro tears though. I think he was talking about completely tearing your muscle which could happen if you jump into a too intense work out with out already being in good shape.
