totally agree with bovril, well said mate. getting into good shape is not about hours in the gym but high intenity training with 100 percent good form ( concentrating on the negative part of the weight lifting ) excellent nutrition and lots of rest and not really fast pulldowns.
Look how badly they are doing these work outs. The pull ups, the push ups.. done with jerky motions; these should be slow steady motions to put strain on the muscles. And I mean, just look at 2:03, the guy lifting... he isn't lifting that he's throwing it in the air.
I used to do the tire flips and squat-grab tire-light over the head-throw tire, and it kicks your ass. After a while you get used to it, and your size doesn't matter. The bigger guys were always crying and throwing up with in a set!

@collif12345 your muscles are going to tear no matter what... when your working out and ur biceps get sore thats the muscle tearing and then when your resting it starts repairing it self but when it repairs it, it expands!
