I want u to know that my bird i had him for quite some time and oneday he was in his cage and the vent was blowing on him so he was freezing. SO i took him outside to warm up which is never a prob but this time he fig he fly away. I could not find him what soever and i played this video cuz he flips when he hears other birds and well he flipped. I found him and got him back. Thanks :)

Yes, sunflower seeds are okay for them to eat. They also like peanut butter, and mango's. Just don't feed it pineapple and chocolate! A treat for a cockatiel is millet, too, but millet is like a dessert for them, it's not supposed to be part of their daily meal.
