This reminds me of when I was a teenager. There would be these mysterious phone numbers that people would pass around that would connect you to people giving crazy political rants, audio of movie scenes, or music like this Callin' Oates thing. I remember one number that just had this guy and girl fighting 24/7 about all manner of things! Explaining to you parents about the long distance call was the hard part.
