Gregg Braden states that 'we must feel the feeling as if the prayer is already answered, and in that feeling we are allowing the quantum of God to answer.' What a small sentence for such a huge thought. Crossing that bridge between 'prayer request' and 'already answered' is at first almost uncrossable. It takes strong faith to shorten the bridge.

I like the ideas, especially meditation groups that create peace and etc. But if this really works, why isn't there aywhere a permanent group meditating? Why is there not world peace already?

@MrDonkarp There are many of those groups meditation permanently... some of those are called monks.. some are very small groups of 10 or 12. This was the intention of churches and 'believe'.. only trouble is that some kept this for themselves and used it to corrupt others.. as happens with everything... Even in this, you have the choice how to use the tool... For good or for bad... But know that you will reap what you sow.. :-) just my 2 cents :-)

@orbouris You know I believe what you're saying.But I was involved with an evil person for several years.Tried every way to Sunday to give unconditional love, understanding,acceptance,etc.W­ith the hopes he would evolve into a loving being. @roxyrockster I was in the same situation as you, from what little details you gave I was shocked by them because I could have said the exact same things in my case. What I eventually learned was that I cannot change her, that no matter how much love and acceptance i offered her until she loves herself she wont change. I learned alot from it and as painful the times were for me and those in her life i can honestly say I am better for having known her. I wish you the best =)

His talk was very boring,dissapointing, not what many of us were expecting/hoping for.

I will wait a few years till I attend another lecture. Past lectures were far more Consciousness expanding
