It's too bad you guys dont compete. I've seen several bands in 3A/4A this year that you are obviously better than. You would score well in music (albeit some more dynamics would help. Marching could use some work. Youre not 1st place quality, but you could have brought in a second or third place trophy here and there. I would suggest that you persuade your director to consider going to one or two competitions next year. Adding a Colorguard might help too.
