  • Awesome job.

  • sup, i have a bad art teacher, so i came here

  • Or maybe I'm using the wrong kind of paper? The medium just seems to stay wet for longer than it does when I try to paint. Any info is helpful! Thanks!

  • Hi! What brand paint do you use? My paint seems to dry to fast to blend correctly. Thanks for the video. Very helpful!

  • @tawnygeorge mix it with more water I think, I just made the same observation after trying to duplicate this technique. Cheers

  • Great tutorial!! Thanx soooo much for sharing your wonderful skills with us!! Simply beautiful - your technique, finished work ... I just luv how u know exactly what the specific colors & saturation levels will look after it dries! A 5-minute masterpiece! Did u wet the paper at all b4 u started applying color?

  • Wow, one second, he's just painting and blending the colours, then one second later, you realise the random splosh of watercolours were meant to be exactly where they are and the painting comes together;D

  • good work

  • amazing!

  • your nasal.. haha..

  • does it matter what type of blue, yellow and red u use?

  • Were you working wet into wet?

  • okay, so i'm a beginner in painting && i use watercolor, but i when i insert texture (specifically on the sky), i have trouble with just how much water to use b/c the first layer of the paper starts to tear off as i try to fix it. i use watercolor paper.. but how do you avoid that obstacle?

  • wow, I love this, thank you!

  • Thank you for posting this -- I would not have thought to add red or yellow. I don't have the nerve to use water colours yet.

  • Hi

Thanks for uploading this. Im jusr starting out and want to try doing clouds first. I found this really helpful.

    cheers

    ATVmidlands

  • oh my god. this took less than five minutes and it looks like Da Vinci had done it! amazing. thank you so much for this tutorial.

  • this made me smile :) !

  • When you spread the paint on the paper the edges of the clouds just draw themselves. I tried withdifferent kinds of papers and cant get the paint to do that, it either sticks to make sharp edges or runs all the way down the bottom of the paper. what paper do you use and do you wet it before painting?

  • Thank you, very informative, you make it look so simple!

  • So pretty! I love this quick cloud painting! I was in painting class at my high school before christmas break, but I had to have surgery and missed the parts about how to paint a landscape, and some how before I return to school I have to come up with a landscape painting, your tips are very helpful and look lovely! I'll have to attempt this with the paints I took home. I don't think they have nice names though, they are just watered down acrylic paints from school...

  • your squiggles on your practice paper is better than anything ive done...nice technique

  • good video, was you using canvas or paper?

  • youre awesome :)

  • this is amazing. helpful

  • wat kind of paint didi you use?

  • WOW. You are REALLY good.

  • now i can not do that wit a pencil but that was beautiful

  • wow great painterly style, i really liked the outcome

  • I'm really glad i don't have to use white.Because I don't have any.

  • @MADALINAROMANIA watercolor does not require white. The idea is to use the white of the paper.

  • @marykins58 Exactly, that's why I don't use white

  • Can I get the same result with acrylic paint

  • This was really great. I think you are very talented. But do you do any videos with acrylic paint?

  • I have opened a online gallery. Please visit my channel for web addresses and videos.

  • By the way, I didn't understand what kind of yellow you used. Therefore I can't make the color you used to the clouds, is it grey, as you mix the three colours, is it grey? Please answer. Greetings

  • @dcps10 HI made the grey using Napels yello, cerulean blue and Alizarin Crimson.
