  • OK Karl Rove....I wonder what Valerie Plame thinks. You belong in prison Karl

  • Rove deserves to be heckled/interrupted/mic checked at every speech until his last breath.

  • I just viewed a video, where a woman was selling buttons at the Occupy in NYC. The commentator was pretending to be part of the group and asked if those buttons were free. He told her he didn't have any money and she replied, "Don't blame me because you don't have the money." Ah, priceless. Capitalism is alive and well. I'm astounded by this group's arrogance in thinking they speak for 99% of us. Their college professors have really done some major brainwashing.

  • It's sad that the #OWS folks have no concept of Free Speech. (Other than having tehir own way, of course.)

  • OweBama's

    Workless

    Socialists

  • it would have been better if he invited them onstage....he has to be willing to take this kind of stuff...he knows a fascist when he sees one...he sees it in the mirror dail...o that Rove!

  • lol11 A neo-con calling someone else a fascist. Christian-Zionist fascism isn't fascism, but poor etiquette? Totally fascist.

  • Stupid hippies

  • @SpikeyJamez LOL looks like I struck a nerve hippie

  • Rove wins again. What a bunch idiots.

  • Game Over.

  • @kainedamo He was telling him to defer his statement to the appropriate time. Free speech doesn't mean being able to shout like an idiot at anybody's convention. Free speech means the government is not going to repress your views.

1st Amendment = You're free to say what you'd like, just obey the law while you're doing it.

  • @CaptFitzbattleaxe Protesting only whenever the government or the person you're protesting against deems it appropriate kind of defeats the purpose.

  • @kainedamo You can protest against the government without disrupting non-governmental assemblies. Karl Rove, you'll note, is no longer a government employee. If your only method of doing something is acting like a jerk at private assemblies, you're doing it wrong. :D

  • @CaptFitzbattleaxe

What if Free speech is controlled through the cooperation of 4 major media companies who own 70% of the total media and the government. What if the people can't afford to be heard anymore? Is free speech still free?

Big Ups To the 99% for forcing the issue

  • @DjDialogic Though the major media outlets are majorly liberal-leaning, that doesn't affect anyone's ability to exercise 1st amendment rights. Plus there are alternative media sources online, as we here prove.

Downtwinkles to OWS for acting like 1st class idiots. :)

  • @CaptFitzbattleaxe

Yes,,, I know. It's the dam Commie Muslim Obama! He wants our guns and the right to kill your grandma with death panels.

LOL, It's so easy to spot the koolaid drinkers these days. All you have to do is listen for key brainwashing mantras. Like Liberal-leaning. I forget, was it the liberal media that gave the 2000 election to bush, Who sold us fantasies about WMDs, who ignored the occupy protest for a month but covered all tea party events no matter how small?

  • @DjDialogic Bahahaha. Watch MSNBC for a while and tell me it isn't in the tank for libs. I don't think the media was terribly keen on Bush winning. There are videos of top media people talking about how they can support OWS; they decided the best way was by ignoring it at first so they didn't smother it before it gained momentum.

I HATE conspiracy theories. I'm okay with the media being lib-ish. It's not a conspiracy. I don't think they're all-powerful. I despise OWS for its *own* crimes.

  • @kainedamo Rove made perfect sense. If my students stood up like that during class or a presentation and acted that disrespectful, they'd be out on their ear. The idiots screaming in the audience earned no respect for themselves or whatever it is they were screaming about. I think the audience's reaction at the end made that perfectly clear.

  • @zeedrippyvessel There's an argument that can be made that Rove belongs in prison. You're not Karl Rove. You're not a potential criminal nor a public figure nor a smear monger.

  • @kainedamo - There is a time and place for everything. I'm willing to bet I could find more criminals at a OWS rally without trying. There is a way to get things done, especially if you want change. THAT was not the way to do it.

  • @zeedrippyvessel

I respect him. That guy has some balls. Rove should be happy he hasn't been assassinated yet not complaining about being interrupted.

  • @canofsand - I love this remark. I'd like to know WHY is was flagged as 'spam'... obviously someone couldn't take the truth.

  • Yeah!

  • Rove owned these hippies

  • vote

  • Perfect!!
