Now go to options and then configure and then tick the following
Enable Dual core, enable idle skipping, HLE to IPL, Jit recompiler and framelimit to 120fps and unselect panic handelers, thats all it should give u about 20 tp 35 fps gameplay speed 100% working!
Hey I have a solution, download dolphin 2.0 emulator and use the settings below
Use graphic plugin as dolphin direct3d9 and use the settings below
tick the render to main window, aspect ratio to stretch to window, win and full resolution to 640 x 360, anti alias none, tick enable cpu to efb access, TICK safe texture catch and set as fast, now in enhancements only tick efb scaled copy and in advanced tab only enable ef copy to textures.and General settings rest is in my second comment.
