Worse than FSN Pittsburgh. It was a slash. That's why there are two refs, in case one of them misses the call. Henrik does not skate off a puck in his own zone in a tie game to *maybe* get a call. He's not stupid. If these commentators knew anything about playing hockey, they'd know that getting slashed on the glove can hurt like a bitch. Even if it's not a great call, just accept the nature of the game and take it on the shoulder with a little grace, like all the other biased commentators.

Worse than FSN Pittsburgh. It was a slash. That's why there are two refs, in case one of them misses the call. Henrik does not skate off a puck in his own zone in a tie game to *maybe* get a call. He's not stupid. If these commentators knew anything about playing hockey, they'd know that getting slashed on the glove can hurt like a bitch. Even if it's not a great call, just accept the nature of the game and take it on the shoulder with a little grace, like all the other biased commentators.

it wouldn't be the first time the canucks get calls for them that are bad calls like this. I see that happen alot but yes the announcers should take it easy but they are right it was a bad call

While I do agree that wasn't a good call they shouldn't bitch and moan about it on the air. You wouldn't see Jim Hughson, Gord Miller or John Shorthouse do that. However, the officiating in the NHL is brutal enough. They shouldn't call that in a 2-2 game. I know how the Blues feel; just watch the Nashville/Vancouver game!
