We aren't. It's just the last picture in the silleouette... whatever. There's a griffon. The middle one we're able to find out that was CC (Cruise Control). And the left one fits the exact pose of pony Mia. (I'm guessing PWaaMLPfim herself or the cast will do her voice). I have proof
@SkritchSkratch Yeah, yeah, but we know for a fact that there are other OCs involved in this. It is a good guess, yes; but who knows if that silhouette ends up belonging to another character we have not heard about? One never knows when an author is going to catch their viewers out of guard with something completely new.

@omegaipodmaniac We're not 100% sure shes in the Race, like Skratch said, but we are guessing that. But she is another griffon and shes an OC. She IS gonna be in future parts.
Lenora is another Equestrian 500 racer. The feather may belong to her other than Gilda. She is a griffon, just like Gilda. She may not be in the original MLP. That's because she's a OC.
@AnonBrony the problem is, if he wanted to check it out, why didnt he go down, see the body, fly to the police and bring them there sooner? or maybe he did. but that causes another mystery, why should he stay there for 10 minutes? and why didnt he saw rd? because if he did, he would report that, and trixie would have used him to make this case open and shut.

CC didn't have to look down. He looked straight. I mean, you were in tall grass (trees), and your head was over it (CC), and there's an open space with some random flashlight (clearing with random bolt), do you have to look down to see it?

Well, Lenora is a backup plan in case CC has been tricked... by teleportation flash. Remember AB? She saw a flash which temporarily blinded her. Lenora may have been blinded by the SECOND flash bolt, making her way to crash-landing. Do you see another say why there's a feather CAUGHT IN THE BRANCH OF THE TREE and those scruff marks?
Well, remember when RD said she was "Flying around in the Everfree forest for training" (although that's not her truth for going to Everfree Forest)? What if that's what he was doing? Either alone or with somepony else?
CC is almost similar to AB... But there's a difference:
CC saw the SECOND FLASH! He is a PEGASUS, which means he could fly, ehich means no trees can block the flash. The second bolt is still light ("light"-ning) But guess why he wasn't a witness in Part 2...

I'll have to explain this in some sort of way. Lenora and CC are both witnesses, I believe. But think of this: 2 ponies, AB and Fluttershy, is a definite confirm. With 2 ponies, it's enough to believe that. Perhaps CC and Lenora makes 2 ponies who saw the FLASH of the bolt. They can fly and the trees don't have to block the light from lightning.

@AnonBrony if it did strike, why werent we able to hear it? there is of course the possibility of a unicorn muting the sound, but then it cant be an accident. so i think it did not strike. only possibility left besides from the muting part.

That second bolt hit Ace's metal. Which, for some reason, is to the opposite of Ace's direction of the body: right. But what is under or to the left of the metal? Where is the 2nd charred area, Especially if Trixie didn't move it?
@SkritchSkratch because the electricity never hit the ground? I think the charred ares are created when the electricity hits the ground and creates big heat. ANd since the elctricity was trapped in the body it never reached the ground. Or? IS there something in the vid disproving this? I have no access to it.

@AnonBrony youre not quite right. Before trying to imply something without backup, try all other ways. Simply it is the lightning which makes the sound. Twi said that. What does that mean? The second bolt must have made a sound, but didnt. What does that mean? There are several conclusions. Number one : ballistics are wrong. Number 2 : the ballistics dont say when the bolt hit the ground but when he was supposed to and the bolt was forced to strike earlier.

Since No pony struck the cloud for the second bolt cuz the ballistics figured out the time. A unicorn did not skrike the cloud then.
Or, A unicorn Struck the second bolt. But not the first.
But she forgot one important thing: the metal! She claimed she thought Ace got hit in the exposed part with precisive aim! Why would she leave that metal!?
Um... what do you mean "prepare evidence" in your claim? Trixie would've presented already on Part 2 to prove RD's guilt. I suggest she didn't have enough time if you ask me.

I'll have to explain this in some sort of way. Lenora and CC are both witnesses, I believe. But think of this: 2 ponies, AB and Fluttershy, is a definite confirm. With 2 ponies, it's enough to believe that. Perhaps CC and Lenora makes 2 ponies who saw the FLASH of the bolt. They can fly and the trees don't have to block the light from lightning.

That second bolt hit Ace's metal. Which, for some reason, is to the opposite of Ace's direction of the body: right. But what is under or to the left of the metal? Where is the 2nd charred area, Especially if Trixie didn't move it?

@AnonBrony youre not quite right. Before trying to imply something without backup, try all other ways. Simply it is the lightning which makes the sound. Twi said that. What does that mean? The second bolt must have made a sound, but didnt. What does that mean? There are several conclusions. Number one : ballistics are wrong. Number 2 : the ballistics dont say when the bolt hit the ground but when he was supposed to and the bolt was forced to strike earlier.

@AnonBrony i think a unicorn shot both bolts. the cloud ballistics werent able to find out the time of the first bolt because it works for unicorns exactly like for pegasi, striking directly under it and leaving no clue on the cloud when it striked. also i believe the ballistics work a bit different then you think. because, why cant you find out the first bolt? i think its because the first isnt random. when the cloud is activated it kinda runs a "program" to shoot the random bolts.

Trixie said that couldn't figure out the first bolt cuz it was manually set off by a pegasus.
(thats almost her words exactly) And they figured out the second bolt cuz thats when the cloud fired on its own.
HOWEVER, I don't know if that applies to unicorns. If its doesn't than it means what i'm trying to explain to Skratch. If it does, Than if the second bolt killed him it was an accident.

@AnonBrony I'm not trying to disprove the fact that a Unicorn can be the murderer i just saying According to Trixie and the Cloud Ballistics its only possible a Unicorn fired one bolt. The question is... Which bolt killed him? and Did a Unicorn really fired a bolt?

@AnonBrony i will sumarize some facts about the second bolt. since the second bolt wasnt heared, even though he must have made a sound, there are now only 2 possibilities we know. 1. the lightning was muted by a unicorn. 2. there was no lightning at 8:50, because 1. the ballistics are wrong or 2. the bolt was forced to strike before that. means except for the possibility of the ballistics being wrong, the only races being possible to be the murder are unicorns or alicorns

@AnonBrony yes, cause the bolt was manually set off. and thats the point. in my theory, the first bolt shot by trixie was that manual bolt. the second bolt on the other hand was a random bolt. a random bolt guided by magic and forced to strike earlier, but still a random bolt. besides, i think the ballistics only say when the random bolts are supposed to strike. and i already explained why i think so. anyway ill be gone for a while. i have kendo training.

@AnonBrony why? i think its actually the only possibility (from our current knowledge) that a unicorn fired either twice, or fired the second bolt. in any case, the unicorn must be either the murder, or an accomplice. and yes she said pegasus. but why? because she says rd was the killer. it does not mean, that that works only for pegasi. you know, no matter how the lightning was fired, its the same lightning. e.g. you can fire a gun on two different ways, the ballistics are the same.

So you can see. Useing what Trixie said i was Able to deduce that a unicorn only fired the second bolt. Or that a Unicorn didn't fire a bolt at all.

Since No pony struck the cloud for the second bolt cuz the ballistics figured out the time. A unicorn did not skrike the cloud then.
Or, A unicorn Struck the second bolt. But not the first.
