  • Hi, you play this beautifully! Can you tell us which edition you are using? Mine (Rongwen Music, Inc.) does not have the harmonics or bariolage sections. I thought they both added nicely to the performance. Thanks!

  • Hi, thanks for your comment. You are right, and I am using the same edition as you, but the parts you are referring to are my personal adaptations. Greetings, JRA

  • @juliarebekka I found this piece about a year ago and have fallen deeply in love with its eastern european musicality. I played it once for my students but some elements left me confused. Your performance has shed some much needed light on how expansive the phrases can be. I immediately liked the placement of the bariolage because it keeps the chordal sections from getting too repititive. (I also love all the use of '"Sul C" !) Thank you, once again! Now its back to the practice room!

  • great piece, great playing. what more can be said?

  • hello, great playing! apparently the only who plays the flageoletts in the middle part.

thanks a lot! (are there more pieces from your concert you could share with us?)
