It is sad when crimes are committed, but it is sick to see cases when the people who say that they are inforcing the law continue to break it. He raised his hands to identify that he had no weapon to be hit at full force by a running police knocking the person unconcious and kicking him in the head while he is down is a crime. His body went into a sudden dead limp causing him to fall back not moving at all and yet they continue to beat his unconcious body. NO JUSTICE HERE..JUST ANOTHER CRIME.

@GOD Are you serious? The guy not only refused to stop in his car, untill he got a flat tire, but obviously would've ran away if he had had a chance. They might've been a bit harsh, but better safe than sorry. The guy was running from the police. He deserved it. When somone is cooperating when being arrested, and than they beat him, or throw them down hard, THAT is 'excess force'.

@mair44 It should be habitual for everybody (especially commenting events) to give sufficient description of suspect (no need to describe officers usually). They do always mention gender of suspect, very often the size, sometimes race, but almost never race if the perpetrator is black. There are many officers that are great people and that are black. Why to be so shy and not mention that suspect is black when he is?
