@gussiee Yes, woopi was there, she introuced the band at Joe Robbie Stadium, Then she was in the chorus, but i think Barnard Fawler not let her approach so mucho to the microphone jaja. if from an official dvd (Voodoo Lounge)
They were young, raunchy, and primitive in a good way when they recorded the original on Exile in analog in 69-70.That record has such a deliciously dirty sound, impossible to reproduce today, either on stage or in a studio. It's a classic.
This is where the B-Stage was born...they've used it every tour since this show. Love how they get in the middle of the venue...and a very underrated song.
B7Aug. -- know what you mean -- Swt VA - one of my favs. I remember when they toured US in 75 -- they came to Lou., KY -- it was sold out. I was 12. I wanted to go to Freedom Hall and by a scalped ticket. I wanted my mom and dad to just "drop my off". Well it didn't happen, but Mom took me to Ladies & Gents the RS. It showed Mick on the Big D and I can imagine now what she thought!! ha ha. Saw them several times in 78 and 81. What I wouldn't give to have seen that '75 show.
Whoopi Goldberg looks stupid as usual. She MC'd that show. I remember watching this show live on pay for view. This was a very good tour for the Stones. The music got better as the tour progressed. By the time they got to Tokyo they were in top form.
Chuck on keys? ... he's awesome. I can't think of a better blues keyboard player in the world. We perform this song and you'd be surprised at how many people DON'T know it.
One of the besh shows at the Greatest Venue ever built Joe Robbie Stadium. The Stadium will always be Joe Robbie Stadium! Rock on Stones and Go Phins!
solo la storia saprà dirci cosa sono stati i rolling stones nella cultura pop del 1900 e primi 2000....

It looked like whoopi Goldberg was one of the background singers. It showed the women twice and both times it looked like her??? Was it????

Shouldn't Darryl Jones be playing the upright bass (or at least an acoustic bass guitar) during this song and others in the acoustic sets?
