Paul is great to sign for these people. Most of them are ebay opportunists anyway. He still signs, making him a better person than Madonna, Stephen King and the other clowns who feel it is beneath them. He's a true star!

the only reason for no photos was it was in a catherdral and the policy was no photos- camera flashes cna ruin certain materials like paintings and stuff, so hes jsut following the rules hes not being rude

They're also indoors in a cathedral and it might even be a policy in there not to have pictures taken. Paul is never against pictures when he's outdoors signing, he's always great with fans and doesn't mind going blind from all the light.

I agree! As for if he stopped signing autographs, performers are always rushed out, so not everyone gets one and to make sure as many people get one as possible, he said only one per person. Yeah Paul!

This is the Anglican Cathdral in Liverpool and at the entrance of the cathedral is a notice that tells people not to take photographs inside the cathedral.

A very possible and the most likely reason as to why Sir Paul said no pictures is due to the fact that often times people on ebay will take a picture of the celeberity next to the signed item as proof. He obviously doesn't want to help someone out that's selling his autograph and I don't blame him. He's a classy guy just for the fact that he took the time out to sign everyone's item.

those lot were lucky to get free autographs, I spent 15 hours in a queue and overnigh to meethim at Waterstones in Regents Street about 7 years ago when his book of paintings came out. Only the first 50 of about 1,000 people got to meet him, luckily I did, but he would only sign the book of course and that cost £30. Paul is very controlling of all aspects of his life, ive never seen Paul out and about signing autographs like this!.
