Ulysses is one of the best new talents on drums I have seen of the last few years. His skills amaze me... seen him both with Kurt Elling and Christian McBride.
This guy is unbelievable. I saw him play with Christian McBride in Tenerife and I was astonished. I love his language, and specially his footspeed on the bassdrum. Also with brushes something incredible.
