Steriods isn't even half of it. It's proper sleep, adequete protien, six plus meals a day, supplementation, dieting, good genetics, extreme workouts and a packed training scheduale.
The amount of extreme hard work and dedication IFBB pros like Heath put in every day, year around, is what makes them so good, not the fact they take steriods for a certain amount of size.
