@HilaryHaylieRocks08 CBS Television Distribution distributes certain shows, such as Inside Edition and Oprah. These shows can be picked up (purchased) by an affiliate of any network. The credit is simply shown to show who distributes the program. It might be a little odd, but it all makes sense!

I think the voiceover heard here (Roger Thompson) is better than the one they use for the news openings (Ron Rolland).

Sounds like Roger Thompson.I know him best because when i visited Washington,D.C. in '07,i heard his voice on Washinton's ABC 7 News.Compare this news brief to one of those opens and notice the similarity.

Yeah. Roger Thompson does all the Newsbrief V/Os, and the Closed Captioning V/Os at the end of each newscast. He also sometimes does the "Right Now on abc7chicago(.)com" promos when Ron Rolland can't do them. Both of them are equally talented.
