This is a Blue Noise playlist kinda' day. Even so the song 'Cariibbean Blue" would not get out of my head in the end. Did you get to listen ground-to-air? The last airline I could do that on was Aer Lingus, air-to-air also, but that was before 911. Nice video.
Great video! Enough with the online arguing. Flying is about the most enjoyable adventure one can have. Even with the chop and bumps and wing flexes, the plane almost always gets you there. As a pilot I appreciate your taking the time to make the vid. I have noticed on almost all flight videos that after landing, someone coughs. Watrch and listen and you'll see.
Ok, whatever your job is at my favorite airline, I still say that using a camera doesnt do anything harmful, and besides, read Mobius285's comment, and the FAA/FCC gets pissed off if you use a phone, not cameras. Ill be willing to turn off my iPod for United and all other airlines, but if the dont care, I may see if a can get footy of a nice takeoff.
FAR part 91 section 91.21 states that it is perfectly legal to operate electronic devices that the operator/PIC of the aircraft has determined will not cause interference in the navigation and communication of said aircraft. Last time I checked, video cameras don't interfere with much of anything at all.
thats prety good footage. Normaly they dont let u have cams recording on airplanes. How did u do this. U must have hidin your cam or somthing....well good job anyway
When you leave Boston heading to Bermuda it is mostly over water. This flight we flew down as far as the Carolina's, then East to Bermuda. Flying time was over three hours, normally under or just over two hours.........
Thanks, My sister lives in Rhode Island and I allways take a drive to Connecticut to visit those places that are banned in Bermuda! Years ago Delta use to fly from BDA to BOS and then on to BDL. Was L1011's back then and do I miss them.
Many Thanks for let your US-Airways flight from BOS to BDA sharing with us. MY GOD! So a big, wet and impressive cloud-mess in and around the BOS area! The severe inflight-turbulences must be very, very upsetting and scaring.
I love Delta, US Airways, Jet Blue...
