Whats gonna be next? Unmanned Fighters? :) I bet in the future wars will be fought with robots and people will be hiding Down in caves controlling them!
@indirulz1234 they will be fought with men alongside robots. Though robots can do amazing things alone, the human intellect will always be necessary. A man and a machine are often 10x better than either seperately
@wilymcgee That's pretty funny! I've never heard of Oswego, NY. But Owego is in the southern part of the state - it's not a misspelling. I would have never suspected that there would be two such similarly named towns in one state, but it looks like that's the case!
@jasonroxorz Well, when almost all of your troops are starving in Afghanistan, extreme measures are necessary. Should have though about that before you commented bud!
@jasonroxorz Pakistan has continuously shut down the NATO supply line, since the beginning of this war, so it would have rang an alarmed bell at the Pentagon, and thus this would be their decision.
@techguy3000 We have heli's with much higher lift capacity than this operating in Afghanistan. We also have air bases in country that we fly supplies into. They wouldn't design an unmanned heli to circumnavigate pakistan. They designed it to take the crew out of harms way and reduce operating cost.
@jasonroxorz Once Pakistan cut down the supply to NATO, the US couldn't do anything but re-route the supply line through Central Asia, which was not reliable as there was Russian interference. This aircraft was then created to supply NATO troops. The making of the aircraft does not directly correlate with the Pakistani issue, however Pakistan was the ring master over the United States creating this aircraft and causing them trouble, they so desperately begged for.
Thumbs up for the Synchropter! That'll lift some spirits! (and much more)
