there's not a most perfect match than tchaikovsky plus ballet, i always thought that his music was of a stunning symetry, so huge smoothnes and as i thought ths presentation resembles it very well.

You have to think of the dancers, the orchestra adjusts to them...

I just enjoyed the Bolshoi life with the swan lake - stunning!

this ballet is considered one the most difficult there is. At the end of every ballerina's practice, its not surprising if their feet looks like its been passed throught the grater. So we have to understand a little if the ballerina's legs shook a little or bends a little. She has gone through a lot just to perfect the dance.

the ballerina dancing odette isn't fabulous, and the music is rather fast for a scene like this. it's too.. happy.

i however do not think the choreography is best here, the first part of the music clearly expresses loneliness and sorrow of a lover being far from his/her darling...
