Oh wow - I was, like, soooo relaxed, listening to the lame music and riding the rollercoaster wire-frame animation of my own intestines, when suddenly a huge 'Relax' symbol appeared in front of my vision and my poop chakra opened, and I filled my pants.
Can someone please create a video similar to the image displayed at 305? Im really bad with computers so I don't know how to do that! It was pure bliss to me.

@andrew57448 If going into semi-unconscious or altered states creates conditions of vulnerability or even malevolent presences then you should protect yourself by some kind of light exercises and/or avoid it. Could be dark unconscious material that needs to be worked through from a positive and supportive state, or could be negative entities. Spirituality is both positive and negative and is part of our human nature. We can tap into both, so find a way to protect and ground yourself.

I've taken LSD before and one trip inparticular put me in "Lego Land." Me and my friend had the most indepth converstation and although we had known each other all of our lives, we both agreed that we had never ever connected on such a deep level.

I must comment again to clarify weakness in my statements. Fast is dangerous. Patience is the key to letting go and you must let go to live in harmony with the oneness of the universe. You need to use love to guide you into altered states of consciousness. The self is that which the true power is derived. Totally with you on the roller coaster ride. Its a natural occurrence as one continues on their journey of peace, love and enlightenment. We all have our own ways of journeying with a common denominator, that we all truly want the best for every spirit. Continue forward how you see fit and comfortable. For those of you who would like to experience a real "consciousness" shift ... I'd strongly recommend HEMI SYNC/Binaural sound waves, it is the fastest method to achieve altered state consciousness.

You are right, that we are still thinking, but the difference is, we are not switching between thoughts and our thinking is not outward either. Just be aware of the potential within and it will manifest. Do not concentrate.
The goal of Meditation is developing a skill to dis-associate from thoughts.
Since, we do not have a direct handle of our mind which is the 'I' and hence the thoughts, we try to control the mind by regulating the breathing. As breath and mind are closely correlated.

In Awake State, frequency of I dominates thoughts. Hence we can create and act on thoughts and feel we are in control.
In Dream State, frequency of I is far less than the frequency of thoughts and as a result, we often see dreams where we cannot establish the full context due to lack of I.
In Deep Sleep State, frequency of I is almost non-existent, hence we do not remember thoughts. Brain MRI shows, brain waves do not cease to exist, hence thoughts remain, its just that we are not aware.
During our regular sleep, we bounce between dream state of conciousness and deep sleep state, spending upto 15-30 mins at a stretch in the deep sleep state. Hence, the perception that we cannot continue to see the same dream is not true.
In Turiya state, I exists, but there is no thought.
one cannot go to the 4th/Turiya state by themselves alone. One would need help, and one will get help, provided one can completely submit.
It is a two step process, you can only perform analytical meditation by yourself, which is building the connection with Him through some Form( diety or personal Religous God ).
But, the second step, which takes you to 4th state, involves you to disconnect from the Form, to be able to realize Him in you. This will activate the kundalini energy.

Atheism = (a) - non belief in theism. Atheism is nothing more or less than a LACK OF BELIEF in theism. Babies don't "believe" in theism because they haven't been conditioned to see it, thus everyone is born atheist.

The reason people would say that new born babies aren't atheists is because one usually associates atheism with the belief that there is no god. Not the non belief in theism, although that doesn't make them correct that is why.

@elti54 you must have never seen a child before it is broken by society, and parents who are mostly lost. it only takes a bout a year for a baby, that only wants to love and give, to be conditioned to want and take and learn mine... I've seen it with my own eyes. Lived with roommates who had young ones, both of them wen through this phase, its their parents doing obviously, but in a sense, its not really their fault.

But one needs to perform positive karma by using his free will in the right guidance to realize God. This is what will manifest the spark in one to blaze. Kundalini Awakening manifests the spark to fire, and unites with the supreme fire. However, please understand that Kundalini Awakening is not the ultimate goal. The goal is to realize God.

You are right, that we are still thinking, but the difference is, we are not switching between thoughts and our thinking is not outward either. Just be aware of the potential within and it will manifest. Do not concentrate.
The goal of Meditation is developing a skill to dis-associate from thoughts.
Since, we do not have a direct handle of our mind which is the 'I' and hence the thoughts, we try to control the mind by regulating the breathing. As breath and mind are closely correlated.

In Awake State, frequency of I dominates thoughts. Hence we can create and act on thoughts and feel we are in control.
In Dream State, frequency of I is far less than the frequency of thoughts and as a result, we often see dreams where we cannot establish the full context due to lack of I.

In Deep Sleep State, frequency of I is almost non-existent, hence we do not remember thoughts. Brain MRI shows, brain waves do not cease to exist, hence thoughts remain, its just that we are not aware.
During our regular sleep, we bounce between dream state of conciousness and deep sleep state, spending upto 15-30 mins at a stretch in the deep sleep state. Hence, the perception that we cannot continue to see the same dream is not true.
In Turiya state, I exists, but there is no thought.

one cannot go to the 4th/Turiya state by themselves alone. One would need help, and one will get help, provided one can completely submit.
It is a two step process, you can only perform analytical meditation by yourself, which is building the connection with Him through some Form( diety or personal Religous God ).
But, the second step, which takes you to 4th state, involves you to disconnect from the Form, to be able to realize Him in you. This will activate the kundalini energy.
