Hilary Hahn's intonation is the closest to perfect more than any other violinist. :)

Jascha Heifetz, she sounds a little too influenced by him.. the sound being nearly identical..
Maybe you could also care to listen to Menuhin-Furtwangler.. 1954 EMI

Hilary's more technical than Janine Jansen, but Janine has more energy and feeling in her performance.For me, Janine's mendelssohn concerto performance is one of the best I've ever listened.

yes...her first movement was better than her 3rd though. I recorded her 3rd on my mp3 player hahaha. I must have passed you by, i was in section J.

shes grown up a bit - her playing has become more mature, naturally. not that it wasn't good before, ti was amazing, shes now flourishing as a true artist.

i think shes always been mature - even her first cd of bach was mature - i think she finds herself in a piece the more she plays it
perhaps the reason bach was so mature is because she practiced it the most - i think the more you play something the more you know what you want to do with it
