  • You're so welcome! It is amazing how ignorant and foolish some people are. I think your videos are beautiful, and you're an amazing dancer. One thing dancing has taught us is how to laugh at those comments. Besides, people like that are usually the ones spending the most money!

  • I think Cannonball62000, MayaKing89 and ayotechie are complete idiots. I actually enjoy dancing. I also had to learn from someone because like she said you can hurt yourself badly, and I did. I ripped the muscle right off the bone in both arms and fractured both arms. She makes this look easy because she has done it forever, but this takes a lot of practice and help. If you want to admire her videos than do so, but the negative comments show what a lack of intelligence you truly have.

  • THANK YOU Starr77529. Its amazing how foolish some people can be :)

  • oh dear, stupid comments here!! please, caitlin, put up some more pole vids! yours were the first ones I saw when I started looking up "pole dancing" on youtube, a year ago :)

  • Your parents must be pround! Especially your grandparents. I mean, what parents wouldn't want to see thier daughter do that?

  • Actually....my parents are really proud. my grandmother doesnt understand it...but she isn't against it. She says "us kids" are crazy. lol. But seriously I own a fitness studio and we teach pole dancing as a fitness. Not sure where YOU are from....but its everywhere. If your conservative cool....but dont knock those who are not so repressed.

  • you sir are a fucking idiot hahaaaaaa (i`m very sorry if i got it wrong)

  • Seriously. Take your head out of your ass.

  • Wow! I love your fluidity it's so nice to look at. I'm starting pole dance classes but I still look like I'm attacking it lol.

  • go get a job as a stripper n ill enjoy your pole dance throwin money on stage ha

  • Been there....done that. Make more money teaching others the fitness aspects. but thanks for the career suggestion :)

  • Hmmm...it says on your page that you're a "friendly and sensitive type of guy..."

I guess that was a bit of a stretch, huh?

  • you're perfect. do you think anyone who has a good training in a gym can learn pole dancing on his own, not attending any course?

  • You can't learn to dance on your own. There are way too many ways you can get injured :( Videos and learning online are EXTREMELY dangerous and ia m sure any pole instructors out there would tell you the same thing. You can't learn to figure skate while watching a video and then trying it....you wouldnt learn the terminology or basics...so deff takea class :)

  • That's RUBBISH!!

What did people do before internet and instruction DVDs and failed dancers starting classes?!

    THEY LEARNT BY THEMSELVES!

What a 'Nanny State' this world is becoming!

You build up your core strength and flexibility and work damn hard on getting you moves right!

OF COURSE instructors will tell you that you can't do it alone! They want your money! It can be done!

  • Absolutely UNTRUE. It isnt about money. You can't pick up a pair of tap shoes and say...geeee I think I will teach myself. Of course you can buy a pole and dance around on it, maybe even learn a few cool tricks. But you CAN injure yourself. Before internet and videos people took dance lessons. Even in strip clubs on the pole girls taught eachother.

  • on top of that anyone who is any good at pole dancing....has been taught by SOMEONE. You need spotters for some tricks while learning Even basic ones girls have tweaked wrists and broken ankels, hurt shoulders, etc by trying to do things on their own without being taught.. Technique and grace dont come naturally...and anyone who knows anything about ANY form of dance or gymnastic sport wold agree :)

  • amazing <3 truly sensual! it'd never be my style if i were to dance but it's fuckin awesome!!!! love ya xx

  • wat wud happen to a teensy little ant on the floor by the pole?

  • LOOOOOOL

I love how you notice that xD

  • You make it look so easy! i'd kill for ur body :)

  • @HANGEL1978

That body is 80% genetics. She probably has a mesomorph somatotype (the most desirable body type).

  • hottest chick on youtube!!!

  • You do this beautifully.....nice work! I am looking to try to learn this soon. It's not very popular where I live tho :(

  • Same here. A lady tried to open up a studio and the town went nuts saying it's too sexy, so she didn't open the business. So lame.

  • I loved it!

  • I've been pondering trying pole dancing for a while now. What do you do to prepare your body for such grace? And this is truely beatiful! by "this" I mean your eloquent style :)

  • Thank you. There is not much you can "prepare" for other then building up your strength. The grace comes from 20+ years of ballet training and 10+ years of dancing in clubs. If you are just starting out id say take some other styles of dance classes to ain awareness of your body and build up your core. Then you will have an easier time in the pole dancing world and wont look awkward :)

  • Just curious but my core is pretty strong--not optimally strong but I use it and want to improve it, so it works--but I'm wondering how to get the ass-over-head upwards core control. I have a feeling that the movement one practices should match the action and I have a hard time finding exercises that match that movement. Got any tips? Closest I've got is holding onto a heavy table leg over head, lying on a balance ball trying to lift straight or split legs upwards, keep a straight back. Thanks!!

  • that works too....however just go for it on the pole. Its really not as hard as it looks...there is a lot of arm strength needed as well though. The motion isnt just lifting your legs over yourhead...you are actually tucking up on the pole as well. Kinda hard to explain through text but if you can watch a good dancer really slowly it might help. Grab a pole and go for it :)

  • Yeah, it's that abdomen curl that gets a little heavy on me and using those psoas for the really nice steady leg lift. I find that trying it out on the pole, everything navel down doesn't do as much work so I try to challenge it all elsewhere so it'll all hopefully come together really nicely. Thanks again!

  • Daaaamn, you got some skill! You make it look so easy too!

You look like you have a blast doing it and it's great exercise, just look at your body.

  • HOT ! GREAT HEELS!

  • Why thanks :)

  • If this wasn't first turned into a sexual body lust entertainments male tool, it would be in the Olympics by now.

  • hahah i actually hope it never makes it to the olympics. I think it is more of an art...once it reaches an olympic level it loses its artistic dance quality and pretty much just turns into pole gymnastics. Which is NOT what pole dancing is.

  • That's what I'm thinking. I've been pole dancing for about 2 months now and I've been climbing for a month or over. And it still hurts the top of my foot. Last year I broke my growth plate in my ankle on that leg and I'm using that foot to climb and I'm thinking that maybe it's weaker than my other foot since i didn't use it for 4 months.

  • Ya that very well could be it! be careful girly!!!

  • ;] I'm gunna try my hardest to come take lessons from you in a month or so. Once I get my car it'll all be good. <3

  • LOL....If only she can show off in skimpy underwear...a woman learns even to stand on her head :-) i'm speechless :-)

  • is your pole a spinner? cause the ones at work spin with us and we bought one for at home and its hella hard since it dont spin

  • yes this pole spins...although for normal dancing i enjoy non spinning better.

  • hahaha omg i wanna learn it 2XD

  • Do u just pole dance to work out? what is your secret to a flat tummy?

  • no..i run about 5 miles evvery other day and i teach dance and fitness classes all day. If you dont get at least 40min of cardio its hard to keep the tummy flat :)

  • I was wondering, are the shoes you're wearing in this video better at sticking to the pole than the ones in the video called "October 08 Warmup" Whenever I climb, it's hurts more than anything on the top of my foot and I've been climbing for the longest time too. I saw the shoes you have on in this video on your studios website and I wanted to buy them but I needed to know which ones are better.

By the way, you're so good and you have beautiful rhythm.

  • sorry i just got your comment. I really love teh Sky 309 shoes....those are my favorite and as long as they are patent leather tops they work freat. Although if your hurting the top of your foot you might be climbing wrong...

  • you are amazing... don't know if it's your style, but the song "the only time" by Nine Inch Nails would be awesome with the way you dance. Keep em coming. I watch you dance before I run each morning. :)

  • I tried to do it in a regular pole but it is imposible, she is using an spining pole, that moves, It is better because you will look like a profetional stripper!

  • what more could a girl want?

  • Lol. xD

  • BITCH....that was Badthefukass!!!! I am going to use your video to learn some tricks! lol Good job!

  • thats kool

  • really good... makes me dizzy though.. lmao

  • shes actually good, good rhythm and flow and everything. made me dizzy though too much spinning lol

  • Where did you get your booty shorts from? I didn't see them on the site you listed so I was just curious...

  • Beautiful Sexy Shoes!! If you are interested in some sexy shoes, come on over to CandysGems*com

  • thanks but i get all my shoes free

  • loveeeeeeeee the shoes!

  • Your a great dancer!!

  • 2:55 extreme

  • x pole ... cheater!

  • this is not an Xpole. In fact i greatly dislike x poles.

  • Is this a rotating pole or is this natural momentum?

  • It's definitely in spinning mode.

  • so im a huge fan of exotic dance.. and that was awesome.. ha i need to work on being fluid and building core stregth got any tips?

  • nice moves and style, well done!

  • i want to learn how to do that i dont want to be a stripper though

  • you don't have to be. The pole can be taken out of the club you know!! This is going to be an olympic sport one day!!

  • your totally right it should be an olympic sport

  • Your really good, i used to think pole dancing was a bit degrading and slutty and simple but you make it look classy and really elgegant. Are you classically trained?...You have really good posture and form.. xxx

  • thanks...yes i am an ex ballerina

  • good pick on the song

  • People have very little appreciation for the physical strength of dancers of any type. This certainly brings it front and center. Amazing work. Thanks for sharing.

  • All I can say is YAY for spinny poles. Even the most basic of moves looks awesome!

  • WOW!!...ive seen lots of videos on here and your by far the best! I'm so jealous!..this is something I really want to take on!...does pole dancing require like having a lot of muscle and being super toned and flexible? And is it something that with enough practice its fairly easy to catch on to?

  • you need a lot of upper body strength....everyone learns at a little different rate

  • god ur hot pole dance fuck me lol jk buit ur gonna go big

  • i think it the no air conditioner thing made it more sexier cuz ur whole body was nice and wet ;)

  • fat boy slim - i prase you

  • great performance :) btw what is a title of this song?

  • thanks for dancing in heels......a lot of these girls are dancing barefoot and its defiantly different in platforms.

  • thanks...i couldn't agree more ;)

  • a lot of the girls who are dancing with no shoes are doing it for the exercise, not for how it looks!! :)

  • i wasn't bashing dancing without shoes....i was just saying it is more difficult to dance with heels and it takes a tad more skill. And I'd bet it works your legs out more when you're in heels....just because of how the angle of your foot is.....try working out on your tip toes and tell me if it doesn't make a difference!! :)

  • The shoes you wear for pole dancing are designed to be danced in. My 7" Pleaser heels are the most comfortable shoes I own - although I don't think I could go on the treadmill in them. Some people find it makes dancing easier, makes you feel more graceful and helps you stick to the pole ('cause it's all about the friction).

  • i totally agree. The heels are MEAT to be danced in. The people at Pleaser always hook me up and their shoes rock. Not to mention thats how you SHOULD pole dance...vids with no shoes just look silly

  • I feelthat it is EASIER to do everything having to do with pole dancing in heels. You cant ice skate without skates...kinda the same for most pole tricks.

  • I have no idea how somebody could climb a pole without shoes.

  • I do it all day long on my pole and it isn't even a real dancing pole......use your instep.....

  • its pretty ugly without shoes lol

  • Damn girl, get it. I want to be that good at it, I just don't know where to start.

  • damn, i wish i had your skills and body.

ha, where can i invest in a pole?

    and how much?

  • realy hot and great skills now teach my girl how 2 do that lol

  • STANDING OVATION!!!! so graceful and seductive...I would love to practice pole dancing but there is no place in Spain yet...PLEASE COME TO VALENCIA-SPAIN AND BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR HERE YOU WOULD START THE POLE DANCE REVOLUTION AND I WOULD BE PROUD TO BECOME ONE OF YOUR STUDENTS!!! mwuah! GREAT JOB GOOD LUCK!!!

  • I never would have thought to use this song! You did a really amazing job.

  • ya i know me either hahaha...but it worked great with some random clips! lol

  • everythin look soooooooooo much better on a spinning pole!! gonna have to invest in one

  • Ya i feel the same way when you video tape it...although anyone that can make a startionary pole look badass gets my vote over a spinning pole anyday!

  • You make everything look so graceful and effortless - it's a lot to master the moves but to make them look as stunning as you do is amazing talent. Well done and thank you for sharing, it's an inspiration to all us beginners :)

  • Why thank you...thats very sweet to say!

  • Dancing with no air conditionning SUCKS?

    PRAISE HER like you should!

  • Hellya it sucks...you start slipping down the pole instead of being abl to hold on....dangerous and scary! lol Thank god its fixed now though!

  • omg your so inspiring

  • Do the all-around closed shoes create blisters on your heels (or toes for that matter) much? I know Pleaser is a great company, and I would assume they would never create shoes that are uncomfortable like that, but I've been too skeptical to spend $50 on them, only to ditch them due to blisters. Thanks.

  • I have never gotten any blisters or anything from these. My feet are pretty much used to any shoes though....and everyone has different shaped feet. But I LOVE pleaser....they are the best brand i have ever worn ;) (and trust me i have close to 130 pairs of striper style shoes lol)

  • Holy smokes, 130!! Well, then, I guess your feet ARE used to any kind of shoe. Thanks for the help :)

  • hahahaha yeah it's insane huh? Trust me i need a bigger closet lol

  • Caitlin,

Your dance with the pole is very moving. It's beautifully artistically erotic. I've done indian classical dance for 20 years and i'm inspired to "polarize" my art. thank you. would love to know the name/artists for pole fun part 1 and part 2. thanks to lbgoldfish for bringing you to us.

  • what a lovely and spot on comment!

  • Why thanks ;)

  • I'm from a small town and would like to find out more about how you started and where to find cheap poles... I was a competitive gymnast when i was younger and i had a son and would like to get back into that dance and strength aspect with pole dancing. i love the elegance that your body shows when you dance

  • Ah yes, the wounderful spinning pole...Like an Angel.

  • hey i would like to know how dificult is it, almost how many time take to learn this?

  • well i have been dancing almost 10 years. And ballet since age 2

  • Beautiful! You don't make it look slutty, you have a nice grace about you. What's the name of that song?

  • seriously!! how long have you been doing this? and how did you become so amazing !! i'm a month in .. not near as fantastic as you!

  • ive been pole dancing almost 10 years ;) Keep at it!!!!

  • hey im having trouble looking for a turning pole do y know where wood be eazy to find one like yors?

  • That's really amazing! WoW!

  • One of the things I like best of all in your style is the effortless and casual seeming way you always mount the pole. There is no sense of jumping or vaulting onto the pole. It's like you step up into the air--it's a mind boggling illusion. I've rewound your vids many times trying to figure it out how its done! Slow pull arm strength? A little "en pointe" lift? Whatever it is, it's magic!

  • I would love to buy a pole! what brand do u reccomend ? I need one in my apartment...Any dvds that would show me some moves? Thanks!

  • Your dance style is exactly like mine so Ima say ur da bomb!

  • I love watching your videos - you look almost meditative and your footwork is so elegant.

I love pole dancing but yikes I get so red in the face and out of breath...

Having watched that I think I'm going to take up a bit of ballet and get me some grace!

  • ya ballet is a great asset if you want to pole dance...it really makes you dance ;)

  • You are absolutely the best I've seen on the web. From how you walk to your muscle tone. You make every video you do, look outstanding.

  • Thank you so much ;)

  • you are amazing! how long have you been pole dancing? do you have any other dancing experience or like gymnastics?

  • Thanks. I have been pole dancing almost 10 years now. I did professional Ballet for 6 years and started dancing when i was 2. All that totally helps ;)

  • Do you use a rotating pole to spin like that? I'm going to invest in a Lil Mynx pole and don't know if I should get a rotating or static pole.

  • Mine is a rotating pole....but they can be switched over to stationary easily. If you are going to buy a Lil Minx one give my studio a call...we sell them and we can get it out to you super fast. But ya...i fyou are gonna buy a pole the small extra you would pay to get a rotating one is SOOOOO worth it.

  • Awesome! I will mos def be in contact soon!

  • The whole Carmen Electra thing is kinda silly too...be really careful because it is meant for a workout...not for stripping and you don't want to look silly in a club. My advice would be to sell the pole you have an invest in a really good one if you wanna learn tricks.

If you are in the usa give me a call and i can get a Lil Minx out to your house asap ;) OR anything by Platinum Stages or X Pole is good. Be careful!!

  • ok that would be why. Carmen Electra Poles are made by the Peekaboo pole company. No offense but those poles are HORRIBLE. I got one when they first came out as a window display for my studio...and I was trying to play on it at home and it tore my hands up badly. Also they are NOT in any way safe or supposed to be used for pole tricks.

  • so i just got my pole and i'm getting some hurtful blisters anyway to avoid this.

  • What type of pole do you have? Also what ar eyou doing that is giving you the blisters? more then likely you are just "death gripping" the pole ;) Don't hold it too tight or you can get blisters on your hands. Or if you just started dancing a lot and had not been before...it takes a while for your hands and body to get used to it.

  • omg can you tell me where you work... do you work at (super sex) downtown montreal?

  • um no i live in the USA.

  • Hot weather, hot dancing. :-)

    Very nice heels btw.

  • WOW!!! I just joined a Pole Class, and I know how hard it is, so I really have a lot more apreciation for what you girls do. It's like doing gimmnastics. After my first class, my body hurt for 3 days! and I am a dance and aerobics instructor.

  • You did well to say there weren't any air conditioning, your a fab pole dancer hunnie keep it up xx

  • hahhaha ya the day i filmed this was mid-summer and the air died...luckily it's fixed now!

  • nice job, you're talented :)

  • Do you prefer the spinning or the non spinning poles?

  • I actually like stationary poles beter...but in a video I think it all looks cooler on aspinning pole ;) I like both but the strength and grace you need to do a stationary pole is so much more impressive to me ;)

  • whats the music pleeeease :)

  • I think its "Praise you" by Fatboy Slim

  • where did you get those shoes?those are hot? Can you direct me to a website? Thanks.

  • They don't sell them directly...you have to get them from a store...however i can have them sent to your house if you aren't in the area. Feel free to give me a call at my studio mon-thur 5pm-9pm cali time. 714-964-2448

  • where did you get those shoes? those are hot? I'm looking for a pair like that.

  • I just joined a pole class, and the teacher directed me to a website, just google Pleaser Shoes, and that is what I think it is. I just got a pair myself. They are cheap too.

  • Marry me!!!!

  • hahaha thanks for the offer but I will have to pass ;)

  • I have to praise you alright, girl! You are hypnotizing...I can watch you dance over and over. I love your style...epitome of elegance, grace and sensuality. You are a definite inspiration to amateurs like me. I have been attending classes since October at Mind and Body over my area in OC - Foothill Ranch area and Newport. Would love to visit your studio some time.

  • Why thank you so much. You should come check out my classes then...we are not much farther. We are actually close to the freeway as well. ;)

  • love all your shoes! and the dancing!

  • you are awesome, girl! i hope to one day be able to do that!!

  • whats the namne of the song please!!?????

  • its bvy FatBoy Slim called Praise you.

  • Don't you just love spinning poles?! Option to do flowy and pretty on spin and then tricks and holds on static! You're awesome ;)

  • WOW!!!! i am very impressed! you are very good at what you do. i hope to master this style of dance very soon! Whats the name of the song?

  • Hey. I have a pole in my room. How long did it take you to practice till you got really good?

  • Well I did professional ballet most of my life and then I have been pole dancing for 9 years...so i have alot of practice...but usually it takes a few months to really develop your own style and be comfortable.

  • You are good, thanks for the dance

  • ive jst started pole dancing for a month and i hope 1 day i'll be as gd as u ! keep it up girll x

  • i wish i knew how to do it

  • Hi do you know where I can by a pole?

  • you're so hot yourself, i can't tell the air isn't working! fabulous moves! and very inpirational! love the shoes you're wearin...what brand are they?

  • thanks ;) The shoes are by Pleaser. I love their brand...i sell them in my studio and I have always worn them.

  • my god!!!! I have seen alot of pole dancing but your honestly the best!!! I wanna learn so bad!!! Keep up the good work :)

  • Beautiful video! Do you have a stationary pole or a rotator?

  • the poles we have can be either...half way through the video i switch it over to rotator

  • you are my romadle and people say i look just like you, they say i will be like you when i grow up too...

They said that when i started pole dancin at school!!

  • hahaha sweet!!

  • you have an amazin spin on the pole. how do you manage that control. beautiful.

  • Thanks...lots of practice ;)

  • wow nice dance

  • i´m NEXICAN and you are very, very pretty

    whats name of this song????

  • you are definatelly my favorite dancer on here! you move so well!

  • ur bottoms.. i like them.. where did you get them and do you know if can get them online:)

  • ummm...I actually got them at a dance store, you can probably check out any dance store and find some tiny black booty shorts ;)

  • Woooow!!!! How can you do that with those shoes?! Amazing :D
