We're very familiar with this video. The problem is this taxi driver died from this crash. Tired/sleepy and driving doesn't work, especially when you're not wearing you're seatbelt. His head did end up outside the window, and that's why he died. It was crushed. The seatbelt would have kept him in the drivers area. Getting ejected partially or fully pretty much = death!  Travel safe.
