Actually, it wasn't for the cell phone. It IS for gbc, but they created an adapter that allows it to be connected to a cell phone. It was a COMPLETELY NORMAL pokemon crystal game, but it had a couple of extra things. In the english versions, there is a way to get to these places with the gameshark, as there is a way to get the GS ball, the event that gets you Celebi, and everything else with a gameshark. It's all there, just not possible to get normally.
