I use hotglue sticks! It drys very fast!

But the low heat kind cause it will melt the nail.

It is glue, for sure! :) I used it previously too! Now I have another technique.. much better!

my nails are really thin and break easily. Everything I tried never worked. They are longer now because I keep polish or at least clear topcoat and base on them at all times. It makes them stronger and helps them grown before they break. I have gone a month without breaking a nail. You might want to try that.

if you want long nails, then the best way to achieve that is to keep eating a healthy diet, because your diet affects nails just like it affects hair and skin. a good diet means healthy, strong nails (but not always for everyone). take care of them and don't use them as tools and refrain from using them to open flip cell phones too. start off with a good manicure and just upkeep them yourself from there and it shouldn't be hard:)

if you use water to dry nail polish..it will just wash off the nail polish, depending on what brand it is

yessss, not good for your nails. so if you're gunna go with acrylics or glue-on nails, be prepared for the reprocutions. what happens alot of the time when they arent removed properly, is it rips off some of the nail with it, damaging your nail bed and leaving your nails thinner if you even out the nail bed and more prone to breaking and bending (weak).

I have been wearing acrylic nails for a while now and can tell you for sure that I have absolutely no problems with them! I guess it depends on the manicurist! As to glue-on nails, then I definetely not recommend them! Makes nails thinner and prone to breaking!

yes, as is acrylic, gels, silk wraps, fiberglass wraps, all of that stuff, I have been doing acrylic and gel nails on myself with the occasional wraps for about seven years now non stop and my natural nails are now trash and I have even lost some.

Yea it´s true! I finded out myself...one time I waited for the nailpolish to dry then by a misstake I put my hand under cold water then the nailpolish was dry!! it´s amazing!

nails dont dry because of temperature. the cold water may have made it temporarily harder, just like if you stuck a gel bra insert into the freezer, but once it gets back to regular temperature, it'll be pretty close to how it was before the temp change.
