i love these videos! thank you so much for uploading =) the only thing i have a problem with is not knowing how long/ how many reps to do each exercise. If you included this information these videos would be 10x more helpful (just a suggestion) Thanks again!
@KevinTeff i was just thinking the same thing, i do know that for the plyometrics workout you do the first 3 exercises for 30 sec each then the 4 one for 1 min then repeat... so every 4th exersises is done for one min everything else 30 sec... hope that helps a bit...
