Knowing what part of the world that is in, it is very possible that the engine was made in Cunewalde, in the former East Germany. If I am right, it is over fifty years old. It's had a very rough life, but it's still going.
The engine on that mortar mixer needs a new muffler and air cleaner...and the injector is leaking fuel...but it is still going. It's just to show that it doesn't take much to keep a well-made diesel engine going.
