nice idea, of course we can argue that you missed a few types but i don't think your purpose was to include EVERYTHING. it's amazing because even some of the things that seem "cheesey" compared to the stuff now they're still fun. it's like we're steadily plunging into a time where we're trying to come within an inch of actually doing what the game is portraying. love the classics though. forever they'll live in video game eternity. XD

This brings back memories. Undoubtedly 5/5 despite missing out shooters. But anyway. There were no really good shooter anyway back then. The first one were Wolfenstein 3D and Doom... Sure there were the Ikari Warriors for instance but thats not a fps either...

It was a nice vid but I have a suggestion. Please don't get mad at me because I am only being constructive.

I felt that the changes from some games was way too fast. Like going from the first GTA to the last one seemed a bit too quick. I would like to see how each game got better. I don't know though, maybe you couldn't because of time but you can make a 2nd vid

Also..you don't really have to take this as much as something to listen to but the song in this video has gotten really overused.

Yeah but if I did from GTA 1 to Vice City to San Andreas and Zelda for NES to Zelda for SNES to Zelda for N64 to Zelda for Gamecube to Zelda for Wii...you get my point? This video would be like 10 minutes long. And as far as the song goes I didn't watch any videos of video game evolutions and I have never seen it used on Youtube, although I am sure many people have used it. So I did not know it was overused. Sorry about that.

I can say this, The Nintendo 64 Is and was the best video game system around, I still play mine, and I do not own a xbox or ps3 overated, and over priced, waste of money, I rather spend 10 dollars a game buying more games for my nintendo on ebay, than a dumb xbox which is bound to have atleast one problem, or waste 600 on a ps3 when I could save up for a car.

i agree that the nintendo 64 was a masterpiece of a gaming console i mean it effectivley took us out the the dark ages of gaming, but i disagree that the xbox 360 and ps3 are overrated they have been able to accomplish things that only strives in technology can do i also do have to say the the wii really hasent lived up to its older brother and hasent produced nearly the caliber of games as its predessor

Well thats one of the ways games change. What else do you expect? I mean you couldnt fly with wings in the first mario and there was no slow motion in Mike Tyson's punchout. So no, the graphics arent the only evolutions.

I used to like wrestling back in the day, like between 1994-2003 or so. I watch it every once in a while, but I don't keep track of it. I have played every single wrestling game, and everytime a new one comes out, I play that one. I did a tribute video to the Undertaker, although he is not my favorite wrestler.
