Instructions are clear and consistent. Visual demonstrations show difference if heart compression depending on the age of the patient. I have had CPR training in the past and have heard on the news that they ratio of compression to breath (30/2) had changed from what I was taught.

The ratio of 30:2 (compressions:breaths) is the most current recommendation of the American Heart Association Basic Life Support training.
