Can't wait for this book/film! I would however, argue that Comic Con really isn't family friendly only because of the crushing crowds that might likely overwhelm a young child. And with more and more lazy parents pushing their lazy 8-year-olds around in oversized, off-road strollers (which honestly have no place on the Comic Con floor), it adds to the insanity.
