no actually kamen rider can be alot different mostly in rider series they do have things that america will never show, for example in the 2000 series kuuga, it was a really dark series they had creatures killing humans and those creatures treated it as a game, den-o is a happier series, but the characters are very enjoyable, trust me kamen rider has a lot of differences then the crappy power rangers
