Well Mexico is clearly more corrupt than the U.S., but that has nothing to do with if they should be able to immigrate to the U.S. easier than the current joke of a process.
If anything Mexican corruption is all the more reason to let HUMANS escape corruption and come up here.
Again, I don't like illegal immigration, but the immigration system is a joke. Just document them, keep out the criminals, etc. (just like when Europeans would come over) and voila. It's about humanity not race.

If you want to stop illegal immigration, just legalize them when they come over here. Set up an Ellis Island, document who's coming in, and once they're checked out let them in. It's a no-brainer!
