The blue dress is shiny, likely satin. Its not a sundress, those are cotton. I wouldn't wear it, but I think its definitely pretty. With nude color heels, it would look very good.

The blue dress looked like a sundress, which she said not to wear. The tie dye part of it was not dressy or appropriate for a semi-formal or cocktail party. Maybe for a Woodstock reunion.
