The camera is a Casio EX-F1. It can record 300 frames per second, so when you play it back at the normal 30 frames per second rate, it is in 1/10th real-speed. The sharpness is partially due to the fast shutter speed (it has to be at least 1/300th of a second), which decreases motion blur.
