1) First day all they did for like 5 hours was flatten out 10m of grass. Probably take me about 10 mins all you have to do is put some water everywhere so its soaking and walk around to get rid of grass

2) Jumps are about 1 ft high... I could get about 5ft in that time

Don't crush their excitement. They are probably fairly new to all this and just learning to build ramps. the only thing that counts is that they are having fun. I still enjoy making jumps back in the woods with cinder blocks and ply wood. I agree with Fromint im in VA and all I have is clay, sometimes its good sometimes not. and MonsterRace35, they are probably not old enough to rent a bobcat. I think they did a pretty good job, they did have to make the run up and everything. good job guys!

Nah, hoes r a rely crap tool, the end is no gd for anything, we used to take 1 down but now the jumps r big they r usless. If u need a shaping tool, use a gravedigger spade, the angle is god so u can get nice lips and has a sharp point so cuts lips and layers away easily. Hope thats helped.

then add more soil , this will then go concrete hard;)

Not bad, but a way to make better ramps is to first build the structure out of rocks and small logs, then pile it with dirt. You'd have more fun if you had a hill to drop in from, and built the first ramp as a kicker, and the second as a bigger landing ramp.
