I seriously don't like you for closing rawfu. Because of you i connected with likeminded people that really changed my life. out of pure selfishness you took that away from us!! you should have landed the website to someone else at least.... you inspired me, you changed my life... and then you faded away, closing everything....
hi - i like your vid, i am new to raw and trying it out also. you mentioned that if you eat fruit it makes you gassy and bloated. i recently read in the American book 'fit for life' a whole chapter about how we should be eating fruit in the morning to assist our bodies to cleanse itself. it really clicked with me, so just recommending it to you if you havent seen it already, it made a lot of sense to me. salutations from London ;0)

It made me too hyper and edgy:( Anyhoo, I wanted to ask you.......do you put any kind of seasonings in your midnight stew? I think I'm going to try it:) hugs, Peg E.
I am not 100% raw either. I went from 2-3 meals non raw a week. Now I only have one meal a week not raw. After I have my pizza, ice cream ect, my body hates it. I'm so thirsty and tired after!
I agree with you, Beth. I will never be 100% raw, and don't believe it is for me, nor is it for everyone. But I do try to do 50% raw. I find this to be the best combination for me. I am glad to see you back on track.
I'm glad that you're figuring out what works for you. I'm freaking out after finding out how much of the US food supply can be irradiated without labeling. Of course, organic is not irradiated but this means that most restaurant foods and processed foods are out. I haven't used a microwave in four years, this is a hot button for me.
