  • i pooped

  • Saw this at the house of blues last night <3 Amazing! Pits Sucked Though.

  • BTBAM+Cartoons = Thermal Dynamics explanation

  • when he sings it live he says "live life. You have always helped me break from this" as opposed to the album version's "live life. You have all helped me break from this"

  • WUBSESSION!

    WUBSESSIVE!

    WUBSESSED!

    WABSCESSED!

  • His Throat must hurt so badly after this song...

  • Groovy song.

  • modern day pink floyd?

even the colours album cover reminds me of pink floyd

  • I'm going to see them in less than 34 days at the House of Blues. And honestly, just ready to ejaculate all over the fucking place.

  • i think i love you.

  • This was my first exposure, TOTAL MIND FUCK!

  • ear rape, on a good way :)

  • My favorite bit is where it goes:

BabababaBabababaBabababaBabababa Da Da, dididododododidi, Bada da da da, dididododododododadadada,ba, badababa, badababa, badababa, badababa, BabababaBabababaBabababaBabababa Da Da, dididododododidi, Bada da da da, dididododododododadadada,ba, badababa, badababa, badababa, badababa, BabababaBabababaBabababaBabababaBababababababaBA, BAAAA....

You know the bit I mean.

  • Really good interpretation here. <3

  • They are gonna be live in Holland on 16 September :D Together with Animals As Leaders. Gonna go see them. They're my favourite band :D

  • This is a great interpretation. This is a great piece of art you have created. I could definitely see it projected on a screen while they're playing it at a show. It has definitely changed my outlook on BTBAM's music.

  • PTH > BtBaM > Human Abstract > everything else imo. but i guess in other people's opinions the first three might be in a different order.

  • BTBAM > PTH

  • @zest4lyfe some of the farming once were from "the union: the business behind getting high" where they show how tobacco is grown with radioactive fertilizer and is way more unhealthy than marijuana

  • hey they got clips from "the union: the business behind getting high" in here

  • 4 people are deaf

  • ..I'm confused as to how anything in this video was interpreted through the lyrics of both songs.. I know the interpretation of all music is an "'ear' of the 'listener'" sort of deal, but there isn't a single word of war, guns or violence in the entire song.. Thats not to say i didn't enjoy the video, it was pretty well timed, but still..

  • my favorite song ever. thank you BTBAM <3

  • I loved the video! <3

  • @kingofvwosmos that's not extreme farming that's agent orange testing which is this chemical that kills plants (and haphazourdly) also kills people. it was sprayed on the trees and stuff in vietnam so that there were less hiding places for the vietnamese soldiers, but it also killed or seriously distorted OUR soldiers. I have lots of family members that were subject to it. that little kid that sniffed the flower probably did to

  • @italiaboy1123 It was a joke man. Still though.. that sucks.

  • Comment removed

  • at 2:31 dude in tan pants shits himself

  • I love Between the Buried and Me's music. It sounds like the duality of man.

  • What the hell does "Foam born" mean anyways?

  • God damn that break down at the end feels like watching hundreds and hundreds of innocent people dying from a horrible horrible chemical burn death. In a good way.

  • I love how they blend grind and that shit with melodic passages and what notttttttt

  • at 2:14 is when you jump up with your friends and break shit.......

  • 6:10 THE LESSONS ON CRUUUDE OIL

  • i fucking love that solo :D 6:40

  • 2:10 - 2:13 FTW

  • 3:10-3:33 OMG DROOL 0___0

  • i love this intro, very emotional

  • This song becomes interesting from 5:50

    Hell yeah _|m|

  • Superb interpretation.

  • music at its finest. I believe this may be the greatest band ever. Seriously.

  • Very beautiful beginning, and then just over the top for the sake of going over the top, breakdown that doesn't make sense, more screaming at an unvarying, and unappealing pitch, add a guitar pinch harmonic bend, that sounds like a squeeky hiccup, and it turns into a pile of nonsense. I do really like the schizophrenic guitar and drum breakdown towards the end. Very talented musicians, but I swear they tried to make in unpleasant. fun to play on Rock Band.

  • @bertjones2929 thats kinda what i thought at first, but now i really like pretty much everything about this album. idk the death metal parts just get so catchy sometimes, but i feel like you need to know exactly how it goes so you can anticipate the good parts, which lets you appreciate and find new meaning in parts before them.

  • 6:40 legally insane!

  • doesnt the bit from 0:44 to 0:50 remind you of another song? Not by them but by another band. it reminds me of something but i cant tell what it is

  • @ToinoeCompanhia the band queen maybe? bohemian rhapsody?

  • 4:30 = EXTREME FARMING!!!!!!

  • Ugggh. I've had to miss them the past 2 times they came here =/

  • 5:56-6:05 and 6:38-7:03 possibly the two best ever breakdowns of all time in the one song.

  • 6:40-7:00 makes me want to die.

  • 6:36 The reason why i love music

  • 6:38

    BEAST!!!

  • Seein this band tonight.

  • i'm jealous, i saw them a month ago and they were AMAZING!!

i hope paul grew his hair out

  • @doch15 Well dude get ready for the most mind-blowing concert of your life. I saw them on there first stop of the tour in Charlotte, and it was incredible.

  • 6:35

  • Best band since Pink Floyd. haha

  • some what similar in the change from heavy to light music with in the same song

  • very nice editing on the video

  • the video makes no sence to me, but its still kinda cool.

  • first part reminds me of muse a bit

  • OMG YES! The synth part sounds so much like Muse.

When I was first passively listening to BTBAM on shuffle with Muse in the mix I was like "Did Muse come out with a new song? o.o"

    Haha.

  • @ColonelCommie muse gay.

  • I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure they're not homoesexual.

  • @ColonelCommie no but there music is

  • Yes, they're music either scissored music of the same sex or had butt sex with music of the same sex.

  • @colonelcommie most people who listen to muse are homosexual emos with girl pants. and their music, just sounds homo, like if muse was a person, he'd be a emo faggot

  • Too fucking true. i am the only person I know who hates muse with a passion, Mark bellamy is a pussy. all their music sounds the same.

  • @dimebad why cant people just let people listen to their music without being ridiculed , your just another asshole

  • @dimebad but the thing is muse is actually pretty good and their music isn't very emo at all, they are all very good at their instruments and can use things like the keyboard right and not hella gay

  • @dimebad troll, the new stuff is gay but the older stuff sounds pretty good. I like their house of the rising sun cover,

  • @ColonelCommie literacy fail. lol

  • yes muse :D and the arpeggios remind of bliss :P

  • I love how it ends just as the gas is being put into the bowl of water, thats perfect.

  • I love this song, so so so epic

  • we are build and made for war

  • 6:41 \mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm/

  • little bitch

  • Hahaha it's because you don't really like Heavy Metal... Hahahaha

  • @idrinkmyownpizzle

    It's heavy metal bro

  • The beggining and the end are very good!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 6:08 - 7:03 by far the funniest ting i have ever seen! best interpretation EVER!!

  • the UBERist video i have seen for BTBAM!!!

  • My God I love this song... =[

  • This is the next album I buy without a doubt.

  • this is an incredibly good band

  • God damned art students.

  • really good job on the video and syncing it up to the music

  • I love how at 3:20 the song is suddenly about EXTREME FARMING!

    MUAHAHAHA

  • @kingofvwcosmos EXTREME FARMING FTW!!!!11eleven

  • @kingofvwcosmos thats not "extreme farming" its putting pestacides on plants, and it's a big factor in why cigarettes cause cancer.

  • @kingofvwcosmos i wanna do that... :O

  • of the song or vid, theres lots of tempo changes and feels in the songs themselves. and the video is just an interpriation anywayes

  • can anyone explain this video to me

  • haha, i cant expain it eigther

but the video goes well with the song :D

  • I think everyone should shut the fuck up and stop arguing about their oppinions on BTBAM because do you really think the person you're bitching at really gives a fuck about what you have to say? No. And it's annoying to see people bitching like little girls on every fucking music video. OH GOD I'VE JOINED THE BITCHING SMITE ME NOW PLEASE.

  • I'm with you there, ppl need to learn to be more appreciative or just shut up -.- well, I love your last sentence :D it cracked me up.

  • 9800 GTX + ftw

  • PPPCCCLLL is right about one thing.

BTBAM will have a good rhythm for like 10 seconds then it's fucking gone. Otherwise BTBAM is all good.

And wow at all of the butthurt fags that get angry just because one intelligent person criticizes their music.

  • I'm pretty sure everyone can agree that the breakdown at 6:36 is amazing.

  • Im not sure that PPPCCCLLL knows what he's talking about......I'm sure that everyone who's listened to BTBAM's music agree that it is amazing.

  • how can so much bullshit come from one person???

and yes im talking about pppccclll

that person is an utter lunatic. haha

this video looks good i should probably watch it

  • genius!!!

  • YEah!!

i'm finally going to get to see this talented band play in COrpus Christi texas

    september 25th, with in Flames..

its gonna be one to remember!

  • k PPPCCCLLL, i think just because u know a lot about the history of music(not the theory) u have the right to push everyone around using big words, these guys can play any type of music so they do it, they deserve respect, and one other thing i cant fucking stand when these guys r lumped in with the "scene", they were at a point but not anymore, they have progressed passed that shit, these guys arent a phase they a leap forward in modern music and all of the members are amazing at what they do

  • can people on youtube ever watch a video without bitching and arguing?i mean damn.great video by the way i love this song

  • We're just lucky it hasn't turned into a politics debate.......yet.

  • dude this is all about communism and jewish prejudice

  • Damn you Jim.

  • Shut up you fucking conservative!!! :)

  • Ay! Fuck you budday!! Haha

  • HES NOT UR BUDDY, GUY

  • @CrankYourself IM NOT YOUR GUY BUDDY

  • Fuck you man. Conservatives kick ass!!!! Shut up you fucking liberal!!!! :(

  • LMAO

  • Elaborate.

  • Some people don't appreciate technical music because they feel challenged by it. Anything that a person can't understand or feels inferior to they attack it. Its quite primitive. Not all bands are going to be like "SRV and EVH" for a shorter example, there's much more out there. I mean, if we are referring to the romance period of music, many composers who are huge to this day were most def. not popular back in their day. Vision and intelligence has never been accepted by mankind.

  • People are brainwashed these days by MTV and what they hear on the radio. Sure, it may be okay music, but most of those bands don't even come close to what these guys and some other non-mainstream bands put out. Quite sad most don't appreciate good musik by just focusing on vocals alone.

  • That's the truth, for sure. The trendy culture phased teens and college students find themselves following empty things and dumbing themselves down for a "single purpose". Anyway, food for though, good video.

  • also a lot of music today is based on sexual nature.

camilla rhodes by BTBAM is about that very thing.

its from "the silent circus "album

  • thats so true and people have the nerve to call this stuff shit.....

  • @MusicianofStark its because most people these days are idiots. They can't comprehend real music.

  • MusicianofStark should get off his pedestal. BTBAM is great, but at the end of the day, it's just rock music. These guys are not at the level you're claiming.

  • @squizz222 I always figured it would take a retard to claim Btbam is "just rock music". Really? Just rock music?

  • @davethehostage BTBAM is metal. Metal is a genre of rock music. Ergo, BTBAM is rock. That classification is objective and has nothing to do with how I perceive their quality. If you're implying this kind of music is the pinnacle of creativity and experimentation, I urge you to get some perspective. That being said, I'll say this one more time: I think BTBAM are great; I like their music.

  • @squizz222 BTBAM is music it's rock metal it's anything you want it to be, they are just that damn good

  • @MusicianofStark Umm...If by "romantic period" you refer to simply classical music, then yes, they were known, famous, and many of them rich. They composed for the king, and played operas for the whole town in theaters. Mozart was beloved by all of Vienna. They were the only people actually giving others "high quality" music, they had to be recognized...And they were. Now, many of them ended up as drunks or opium fiends, so they were all broke in the end. Still, they lived a good life.

  • i dont think theres a video on youtube that doesnt have people arguing on it...

  • my favorite part

    6:40-7:05

  • did you make this video, where did you get it, the colors DVD?

  • its on the colors dvd, i own it

  • Beautiful vid

  • fucking beautiful. that talent is obviously from north carolina. haha.

  • It's good to watch this after smoking a bowl of good bud.

  • No doubt.

  • I prefer milk! Grade A pasteurized!

  • @azuriteking awesome.

  • Fucking talent,.

    Great band, underrated.

  • i love the vocals for BTBAM this guy can sing good and scream incredibly good

  • pppccclll is obviously not a musician. Any musician, on any instument can at least recognize the complexity of the band. The time and style changes are hard to get to work right. BtBaM mixes harshness and beauty, and does it flawlessly.

  • i'd have to say the coolest breakdown ever is at 6:36

  • I agree

  • best and most underrated true metal band out there. people need to step up and recognize ongoing talent when its around. these boys from north cackilacky will be rockin the shit for years to come. guarantee that, cuz i'll be right there with em' ya heard? haha

  • WHO THINKS PPPCCCLLL IS THE MOST IGNORANT ASSHOLE EVER?!?! xD

  • shiiiit i've been listenin to them for 6+ years. and they cease to get old. i listen to white walls probably twice a week, a long with shit from their self titled and silent circus. each album compliments the previous and shows how much they progress with each track.... you think colors is a lovely concept album.. just wait til the next album, cant even think of how it will be. i was listenin to the silent circus 5 years ago and would never have thought they wouldve excelled they way they do!

  • 11000

  • BTBAM is one of the most innovative and ground breaking bands out there. They're a little too hardcore for most people.

I've been listening to them for the past year nonstop. non.stop. I haven't gotten sick of them at all and the more I hear their stuff the more I dig them.

I can understand some people not appreciating their music, but they definitely grow on you. White walls is the gateway song!!

  • exactly. If people could get past the vocals BTBAM would have a lot more fans. I'm doing my best to be an evangelical listener, I hope more people do the same

  • If people could get past the vocals on ANY band and just listen to the damn musik we'd all be in good shape. I'm glad people see/hear musik the way I do.

  • pppccclll, metal is supposed to be harsh and abrasive, that's as important an idea to the genre as the riff. Even something as radio-friendly as 90's Metallica has some kind of edge to it, this is just farther in that direction than some people, yourself included, care to go.

Having said that, BTBAM is also made up of extremely talented musicians, vocals included. For you to say it's "bad" or a "phase" is pretty insulting, honestly. So ease back on that kind of talk if you could.

    Thanks.

  • Actually pppccclll Stalin killed more people than hitler. thats a historical battle we could fight forever and i would truly enjoy. The transitions don't bother us much since thats what this band has always done. Vocals i like the screaming but then again I like Dying fetus, Cephalic carnage, and others of the like, good aggression is great live and thats what you have to remember about metal. It doesn't always translate from the stage to the car which is why you go see the show. have fun

  • i dont know when this argument happened, i didnt care to figure out when it occured, the onlu thing that matters is that btbam is opening new doors. their style is very original and everything from the bands name to the music is number 1. if you dont like it, dont waste your "precious" time and look at the vids posers. BTBAM EFFIN RULES.

  • I'd TRULY love to hear you even attempt to riff like Paul, or sing like Tommy. His screams are unlike any other so why don't you shut the fuck up, no one cares what you have to say.

  • Blake Richardson is a fantastic drummer.

I have been a huge fan of this band for at least a year. The thing with heavy music is to not overlisten. I will never bash this band because even if I start to dislike their sound (THIS IS NOT A PHASE), I will always respect their skill. These songs aren't fully developed because the whole album is one song that was too long to be one track. Duh. Listening to it is a cathartic experience if you're angry....and otherwise. BTBAM rules.
