  • FINALLY SOME RECOGNITION FOR 9MM/NINE

  • That about sums it up. Just throw some Soul Assassins and Das Efx in there. suprised he didnt prop up Serch and 3rd Bass

  • hip hop is dead was a great album

  • Hip Hop is Dead /9 Double M/9mm/Nine

  • just remember there is a difference. pop/hip hop and.... rap/hip hop! young money and those faggots run one, the second one... real rappers like Nas run. there is a difference

  • Whats good Youtube? Nas inspires me and is one of my #1 rappers!

    ►CarmaMusic - Acoustic Rapper◄ Something different; guitar + rap.

    Appreciate any comments etc.

  • JAMES BROWM G.O.A.T. eezily

  • This track is too dope sick b-boy tune

  • this is shit! i like nas but i dont like this song

  • @scatystel then you're a lame if you don't pay hommage to those who paved the way. #FOH Lame!

  • @scatystel You serious? You must not be listening right..

  • Fuck these new YouTube ads that actually talk. That's so irritating.

    Amazing track though!

  • This is why he the GOAT

  • man, I get shivers when I listen to this. We need more of this, no more soulja boy shit.

  • why don't they make old school beats like this today.. i am not a fine of the new style so much..

  • at least the missing rappers didn't sell out and rap to wack beats

  • HOLY SHIT! FINALLY a track that is PURE UNADULTERATED RAP AND HIP-HOP! This right here is an example of what every rap and hip-hop head should be listening to -- not that Sesame Street hip-hop performed by Soulja Boy.

This track is like the updated version of "I Know You Got Soul" by Eric B. and Rakim, and it made me purchase Nas' album "Hip Hop Is Dead" (the album version of this track is much shorter than this YouTube version).

Nas represents REAL rap and hip-hop. 'Nuff said. Done.

  • hey don't compare Sesame Street to gay ass Soulja Boy

  • hahahaha thats funny

  • This isn't Premo, it's Salaam Remi, i got no idea who he is, but he made this beat from a sample of Set it off by James Brown, and.. yes Big Daddy Kane did sample it before

  • The Name of the james brown song is called get up get involved. big daddy kane sampled it for set it off which was produced by marley marl.

  • @Maurithemexican That person speaking at the intro is Premo, Salaam is an early 90's producer who did a lot of Hip Hop and Hip Hop reggae tracks. He produced alot of Nas' music.

  • this is an old ass Daddy Kane beat, primo just adds in some scratches and chops it up

  • wrong, same sample not same beat

  • It's a sweet beat. Great track too.

  • It's a Saleem Remi production, but DJ Premier done all of the scratches and mixing for his "Re-Program" album last year (just to clear things up).

  • @giga67 shit Nas made some of his best songs with Saleem no lie probably better that what NAs and Premo ever did

  • @polololototo

    no.

  • DOesn't sound Preem at all

  • its not a preemo beat
