You've got to be really dumb if you don't see that the Reason why there are no jobs in S.Italy is because of the general lawlessness and lack of respect for order of the people down there....the mafia may be the 'solution' for a lack of work, but it's also the main cause of the lack of investment, leading to a lack of opportunities.
