I don't know who Mega Man is, but I;m sure he hasn't got Spider-Man's brains and intelligence. Spider-Man always outsmarts Venom in the comics, so I'd say Spider-Man should win. If your talking about stength then Venom would probably win, or maybe Mega Man depending oon how strong he is.

Spider man no contest. Spider man beat venom in the past, and mega man while have some of the hardest games of the 8-bit generation, would be horribly outclassed by these two powerhouses. Also Spider man is my fav comc book, or manga charecter of all time!
