  • That touched me so deeply I have tears streaming down my face as I write this. Bravo ... very well done.

  • @PianoDaemon Thanks so much for your kind words. This is a powerful piece and I'm happy I was able to convey at least a fraction of that with my meager talents. Subscribe to my channel if you want to hear more of my transcriptions and performances!

  • @jeremyajani Other Götterdämmerung transcriptions I've heard don't have nearly the raw passion and soul you put into this. Liszt (and Wagner of course) would be very proud. I am now a proud subscriber too! :)

  • @PianoDaemon Again many thanks. More videos coming soon.

  • This is amazing...

  • @richardatkinson2108 Thank you very much! I'll try to upload more of my playing soon.

  • bloody hell that was good (Y)

  • @pianofogel1 Thanks!

  • sweet can you play the 3rd movement and uplaod it of horowitz rachmaninoff sonata pleassee?? :) thanks :) Id die to hear you play it in the style of V.Horowitz!

  • Great work!

  • @rarescores Thank you! If you have time, please listen to other things I have posted. Hopefully you'll enjoy those as well.

  • I have listened to all and my fac is this one and the rakoczy march. I HOPE one day you will play Rachmaninoff Horowitz Piano Sonata No.2 Opus 36. I would die to hear you play the 3rd movement! All the Best!

  • @rarescores Thank you again for your compliments. I am in fact learning that sonata now as coincidence would have it! No one can play that better than horowitz (the unreleased recording is even better than the commerical ones). Van Cliburn also has a really great recording of the original version (which I think is superior to the revised). If I can find music with for the horowitz edition I would be happy to upload a video.

  • So, are you familiar with Nyiregyhazi? :)

  • @kasyapa Indeed I am! And yes I definitely used a few of his approaches to capture the sonority of the orchestra at a couple of moments in this transcription.

  • Holy crap, are you kidding me...?! This is INSANE! Hans von Bülow couldn't have arranged and played it better!

    Fantastic job, dude!!!

  • @dercrazykraut Hey thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed it.

  • just WOW!

  • Great stuff! Have you written this down?

  • @cziffra1980 Nope. Not yet. Glad you like it though!

  • yeahhhhhh jizzzz
