@Irru27 From College of Winderhold,travel straight north (you'll have to swim for a while) & you'll find Septimus Signus's Outpost,a cave near the edge of map.You'll pick a quest there.

@hugofernanades All u need is the lexicon,shown at 3:56 .Not the Elder Scroll.The reward from this quest is the best I've seen so far,so make sure to not miss it.

This whole area is glitch out for me, there is an invisible wall where the door is, and I cannot advance into this next area, although I retrieved "that special item", I cannot return to this area...

Does anyone know a way around this or how to fix it? 360 user by the way, that's the real problem here.....

@TheHBKR123 Bethesda has to optimize lots of things in the future.Until we see a patch for,it make sure to download the latest DirectX version & video drivers,depending on your Graphics card,from ATI or Nvidia.
