. Instead the Republican Party got on the George W. Bush band wagon for war and when been there ever since. Not forget CAFTA was passed under George W. Bush term in office with out a fight against it by Republicans. In my opinion Republicans are guilty as Democrats when comes to the economy.

Where were the Republican Party, the Tea Party, and Conservative Radio when the Republicans had six years of ultimate power in government. They did hardly anything to keep jobs in the U.S., take care of the immigration problem, and repeal abortion

I understand that the GOP made some mistakes under Bush and didn't control spending as much as they should have, but Huckabee shouldn't say that the GOP has spent anywhere near the money that Obama, Pelosi, and Reid already have in under a year. They have taken a bad situation (in terms of the deficit) and made it much much worse.

Yea, I would agree with you. He should have emphasized the degree of dept load predicted by the CBO based on projected policies of Barrack Obama and the democrats.

But Bush did not reign in spending, and Huckabee would be dishonest to gloss over that.
