The reason he opens the car door is so that he can lean his body forward to get better force to try and rock the car. It is simple bio-mechanics. I think the agent was just reaching down there to act as if he was trying to flip the cruiser. The real suspicious part was when he put his torso inside the back seat.

The suspected officers don't even try to refute the throngs who have pointed them out. As for the guy in this video, I worked many years as a corrections officer and bailiff and I've met hundreds of police officers. This guy very much looks like a cop to me. I'm just sayin'.
