This game looks like it shouldn't be for the PC. I reckon this game would be ideal for the iPod Touch/iPhone and Wii. And would also work pretty well on the Xbox 360 and PS3, but I don't think the controls of this game fit a PC.

Honestly, this game is so much fun. I love cooking games and when I found this I was just so excited. It's cool getting this kind of hands on experience rather than just clicking the foods you need and watching the character cook it. You can actually cook and that's what so much fun about it. Love this game!

i love this game i discovered it yesterday it was very nice and like real cooking but since i dont have credit card i played the trial i finished the appetizers and breakfasts but when i was testing on the breakfast course the trial ended

Actually, crispyold is right. Cooking Academy was released for PC on April 16, 2008, and Cooking Mama was released for Nintendo DS two years earlier in Japan on March 23, 2006. I doubt that the developers held back the release of Cooking Academy for two years and made any claims to its originality when it was released. This game, as crispyold put it, IS an exact replica of Cooking Mama, and I think the developers ought to be sued by Office Create (Cooking Mama Ltd.) for this blatant rip-off.
