If krillin was in the movie it would have atleast been a bit like the original story , but then theirs the fact that goku never went to school , gohan died before he was even 5 he met yamcha and tien when he was about 8-14.

I saw this movie only recently, seeing it was on a movie channel on my TV. I had heard this movie was awful, so I wasn't really watching to see if it was any good. I was watching to see if any of the special effects were any good... and in the end, I was not impressed. This movie was a waste of my time when I wasn't even looking for a good movie. @Masquarette Seriously, the trailer is all you need to see. I've never been a fan of people judging an entire plot of a feature length film just by watching a trailer. But in this case it's an exception, you can tell this film is a shit pile just by watching the trailer. ;_;

I saw this movie only recently, seeing it was on a movie channel on my TV. I had heard this movie was awful, so I wasn't really watching to see if it was any good. I was watching to see if any of the special effects were any good... and in the end, I was not impressed. This movie was a waste of my time when I wasn't even looking for a good movie. I knew this movie would suck, but not so much that every single thing would suck.
Thank God I didn't pay for this.

Then Piccolo cam in and I was like "Ok, this is like a whole summery of Dragon Ball the first series, then I was like. Vegeta isn't in this because he's not in DRAGONBALL! You know DrAGOnBALL the FUN, CREATIVE series from the 80's not that trite horseshit DBZ. And this movie isn't amazing but it's not terrible either, it has it's moments and is actually enjoyable to watch I actually don't know a single person in real life that hates this movie, Mortal Kombat, or the original Street Fighter movie.
Legend of Chun Li however, is terrible.

I have not seen the movie, nor do I want to, I can just look at the characters and see how much effort went into it. the movie db evolution is not based on the anima because of these facts in the anima goku had never meet a female b4 he meet bulma goku never went to high school, and tranfered only when the moon was in the night sky, goku meet chichi at a world tournament, and ment king piccolo in a world tournament to. Goku's grandad died because of goku changing into a saiyan ape not because of piccolo crashing the house. Watch the old dragonball before basing the movie on it
