If the the sticky tape(( w/HotWheels printed on it )) is original an uncut its safe to say they should contain a T-Hunt , but NOT always ....MMM? HW dont really care about us collectors anyway or they wouldnt do Basic T-hunts((whats that about )) , now no green tab to id them , that means looking at Every single card in a box carefully , whos got that amount of time on their hands.....
i went last night to my walmart found not one good car i want to the back look for a box with hotwheels i found six boxes here are some of the cars but did not buy one lamborghini aventador, alot of ken block, and all crap thank you brb
@sherneil100 Hot Wheels are ages 3 and up. When you visit my Channel, please conduct yourself in a manner that is appropriate for kids. In the meantime, please visit my Channel Policy video that is available on my front page.
@duxante Actually, I found out that it is employees from other sections in the store that raid the pegs during their breaks while the store is closed.
YOU KNOW WHY MAAAN! Store employees (usually the ones that don't have an interest in hot wheels) take all the good ones for themselves. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've heard employees say, "I heard such & such hot wheels is worth a whole lotta money" HAHAHA...
i have opened 7 hotwheels tape sealed cases at a Target store here in Melbourne Australia and not one treasure hunt so only 2 cases there is a very good chance you could find nothing , done the same but 9 cases at a toys r us with no thunts in any cases
@eldo59 Hi, I am reposted your story without the bad words. I maintain a clean, family friendly Channel that is appropriate for ages 3 and up, just like Hot Wheels =)
@eldo59 (eldo59 wrote: I remember one time going to Walmart in Edinboro, PA seeing a display of hot wheels behind the check out aisle where you can buy cigarettes and whatnot. I saw a T-Hunt from where I was standing and right when I was about to climb over to grab it a big fat lady stood between me and the display saying they weren't ready to be sold yet. On the top of my mind I knew it was a lie. So I come back next day, the display was moved by the toy aisle and a bunch of cars were gone.)
(Continuation).... once they would be done, the boxes would go on display into the store... :) just thought it would help in wondering why theres not that many on display in ur local stores...........nice vids!! Laterz
I dont know if this has anything to do with the comments lol or how some of u cant find t hunts at the stores(i.e. walmart) but i use to work at a walmart out in minnesota. i would take out stuff from trucks and some of the stuff were nice little boxes of hot wheels. the boxes would be left in the back for a while cuz collectors would come by the store and get to open them first since they would look for specific cars(t-hunts) im thinking thats why a lot of you have trouble finding them.
@dtfan4ever Thanks for taking the time to write and for the kind words about my videos! Yes, insiders can be employess or even collectors who get the stuff held aside just for certain people. I don't think that is fair either but since I have been collecting since 1998, I am aware of all of that stuff. Take care =)
@racegrooves i went to the same walmart todayas i usually do, and then everything restocked, hotwheels, matchbox, and jl cars no t hunts, but i went across the street to walgreens and found 2 2004 hotwheels on the pegs...
I think this happens alot. I have been to SOO many store Small ones BIg ones mom and pops. Looking for 3 almost 4 months I HAVE NEVER FOUND EVEN 1 T -HUNT. I got the days when they put the cars out on the pegs in some stores. Like you before work 1st 1 in. Rack full. NOT 1 T-HUNT. I thought that maybe it is just me. Went back next week same thing 2nd person in pegs over flowing But NOT 1 T-HUNT. I am on a mission to find 1. They are not even my favorite cars. It is i just want to find just 1.
@twoeasy3 I don't know who leaving marking the Thumbs Down button it but I don't let it bother me at all. If you noticed, I ignored his 'boring' comment. I didn't reply because I'd rather he just go find a video that he likes instead of possibly giving him more reason to wreak havoc on my Channel. There have been others but I just ban them so that you guys can have a nice, pleasant Channel to enjoy that is fun and safe for all ages - Thanks!
U got to love ms cuz at the walmart i go to nobody nos what a t hunt is but i haven't found one yet at the target and toy r us Everbody nos what a t hunt is it's crazy
so what if the stock boy gets them. look at all the ebayers that are over charging for them. I have been collecting for 13 years and have NEVER found a a TH. why is it that all the dealers get them. i collect for fun not for profit. i use my cars to trade with.
@michaelmadmike3 Some of the eBayers are actually store employees. As for dealers getting them, they get the hook-up from the stores. There really isn't anything that can be done as long as Mattel keeps putting a big green stripe on the side with the words "Treasure Hunt" on the package. Any knucklehead knows what to pull from the case.
@fernandinhofcb Congrats! I still haven't found one and the next Treasure Hunts are showing up. I will have to buy one later when the prices come down on the resale market.
all the stors are dirty think about this?? the stock boy makes $6.00 hr so he sells a lot of th's at frank and sons makes more then he worked all week! ps i bet if you asked for a case of TP he would bring it out lol
@jca42083 I need to finish up part 3 of the story. I got behind because of the Convention videos. I felt those were more important to most of my viewers. You are correct. It is an employee problem and other stockers come to the toy section overnight and take the stuff before the store opens.
its obamas fault there is a up coming of t-hunters coming to kill us all and walmart is providing the money by selling them all on ebay.we are doomed pmsl
@Juliethejujubean Nope. I seen one and there is just a cardboard support system underneath. But unfortunately, I seen one where it had collapsed and there are piles of cars underneath. The next day, it was gone. That means that all those cars will take quite some time to be pegged. That store is dead for awhile.
@mernstgeek I still need to finish part 3. I got busy with the Convention videos and didn't get to finish the WM series. Thanks for subscribing and I hope to finish it soon.
You hunt at the same places I do! lol That worker is a jerk. Looks like I can mark that Wal Mart off my list. Thanks for the heads up!
