Hey, I'm using mainly commercial vst's but I must confess this free small thing, has many possibilities and a great sound, but, how the hell I write automation in this thing?

I'm using Cubase 5 and I tried everything! Is not possible writing automation for Synth1! Any ideas? Thank you!

@Samyaza69 There is a way to automate these parameters. Of course, I use FL Studio. Simply click on the little arrow in the top left hand corner of the "wrapper" and select "browse parameters". A list of parameters pops up in your browser (it's a little overwhelming how many there are, especially in Synth 1). Tinker around with a few knobs in Synth 1 while you scroll up and down in your browser. You will see a parameter highlighted in white. Right click on it and select "create automation clip".

I love Synth1. I suck at it still and probably won't ever fully understand everything enough to make my own sounds, but I still like messing around in MT, tracking random things I think of.

Btw, your video is very crisp, even with HQ not enabled. What did you use to compress the video?

wow... I use WMM for my videos but when I compress them they always come out somewhat blurry. Even if I manually choose the highest filesize available (before it raises the resolution)

The tuts for the synth1 always start off with a diff sound than whats there, I cant possibly make the sound in the tut if I already dont have that sound. Can someone explain?
