Yes. This is a Kukkiwon Promo video. The Kukkiwon is the World Taekwondo Headquarters in Seoul. The Kukkiwon and the World Taekwondo Federation are two parts of the same whole.

that has to be one of the greatest Taekwondo uploads I've seen. This is back when I started Taekwondo and man has it really changed over the years. Great upload!!
